Before I met Colleen and she helped my wife and I buy our first home about a month ago, I always thought, "Why do I need to pay a realtor to help me buy a house? This should be simple, shouldn't it?" Well, in theory yes. In reality, Colleen spent a month coaching us through the biggest purchase of our lives and because of her expertise, professional demeanor, and congenial disposition, she was able to help us easily navigate the most complex parts of purchasing a home. Colleen is proactive, communicative, and most importantly trustworthy. Colleen runs her business in a very ethical fashion, never compromising what she knows is right for a potential commission check. We will use Colleen for every home purchase we make in the San Diego area until she is retired (and then we will probably call her and attempt to coerce her into coming out of retirement). In such a competitive market, you really can't just hire any run of the mill realtor. You need someone you can trust, someone who is an expert negotiator, and someone who understands the complexities of the purchase and escrow process. That woman is Colleen.
